Hi, I’m Amy. I have a passion for wholesome cooking, fresh ingredients, and helping people take gorgeous care of their minds and bodies. I believe that self care can start in the kitchen.
I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. I’m also a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and was a Division I collegiate athlete.
In the pursuit of these credentials, I’ve had one goal on my heart: to help people live their most nourished lives.
What does it mean to be nourished? I mean really, truly, nourished from the inside out? I’ve found that sometimes plant-based foods make me feel nourished, and other times a cinnamon roll is exactly what I need. Nourishment comes in so many forms. A deep conversation with a friends, a thick novel, an amazing Spotify playlist, time spent in nature, belly laughs.
